If you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), we are here to help.
You have 2 weeks (14 days) to return an item from the date you received it; this does not include printed books and ebooks. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, no damages, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt, proof of purchase, or packing slip inside of your package.
Printed Books: Printed books are subject to limited return and exchange policies. On the off chance your printed book arrives damaged, with a material manufacturing defect, or a material defect in workmanship, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks (14 days) of receipt, and a replacement copy will be secured, if necessary. Please note that each printed book is individually made by a professional book-printing partner. There may be minor differences across different prints of the same books and/or across books printed by different book-printing partners, including, but not limited to, slight variances in color fidelity and binding type. These variations are a normal occurrence and are not considered a manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship and do not qualify for a reprint.
Ebooks: Laughter at the Altar ebooks (including PDF books) are not subject to returns nor refunds. Laughter at the Altar does not have the ability for Users to cancel orders or obtain refunds or to receive replacements of ebooks (including PDF books).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 business days.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your order is otherwise incorrect due to the mistake of the store, we will process a return label and pay for shipping of your return.
However, if you ordered the wrong size, the wrong color, or simply "do not like" your items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 days, after processing.
